They used to be only tiny bubbles. Now they can take up half the screen. You really don’t need to be a great gamer to do well in this game. This game is stripped of any storyline. You play the game to fight. Not because you care about any of the characters personal lives.

Capcom could have at least put in the classic taunts after battles end. They really seem to have gotten lazy with their 2D fighters.

Just take a bunch of characters from previous games, throw them together and slap a new title on it to fool people into thinking it’s a new game. It is a rather good game though. It’s loaded with characters and most are hidden so you have to play a lot to unlock them all. Unless you’re a cheater and gain points other ways. One low point in this game is the graphics. The backgrounds are amazing but the actual characters look terrible.

Especially the larger ones. Capcom couldn’t take the time to clean up the pixels?
